Boot Camp is so great for getting us to do the stuff we don't like to do that will, in the end, help us be better runners.
But I gotta say, even after numerous Boot Camp sessions...I STILL hate burpees... :)

Good to hear that it's going ok! Can totally relate to those jump thingys. When attempting to do them I alternated between standing there trying to figure it out and standing there with the giggles cause I was so un-coordinated!

awesome to hear you are not dead yet...congrats on sticking with it...

but for some strange reason your story brings to mind the scene in Monty Pythons' Holly Grail where the guy with the card is chanting..." bring out your dead "...hehe

Good for you for doing this bootcamp! Sounds like torture but I'm sure you're loving it all the same. I'm halfway through my own bootcamp and it's like nothing I've ever done before. The post-workout pain seems to be getting less and less as the weeks progress but sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel. But after reading your post I know that I have a virtual pal going through the same thing and I believe I CAN DO IT!
